COOKING INSTUCTIONS

PAN SEAR

1. Preheat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Cook fish for 2-3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a lined or non-stick baking sheet. 2. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

GRILL

1. Preheat cleaned, piled grill to medium-high heat. 2. Cook fish for 2-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
